Shipping policy

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order needs authorization. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

It usually takes 7-10 business days for your order (while some items may need 15-20 business days). We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

Shipping

We offer free shipping by Flat rate shipping. For express shipping please choose the shipping method at checkout page.

Delivery

You tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. You can also track it in user account on likemyfit.com. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review and get points rewarded.

Please contact us within 6 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
